This project involved extending the existing single storey medical centre upwards to create additional space for the two main tenants as well as a refresh and rebranding of the centre.

The challenge for the BCD Group New Plymouth structural team was to design the extension that would have to be built while the existing facility remained operational and secure. Early contractor involvement with Custom Construction and collaborative design with the Architectural team at Imagine Building Design lead to a final product that the client was very pleased with.
