  • Organise community meetings, public open days and workshops to gather insights and foster meaningful collaboration with the community and stakeholders

  • Prepare consultation materials, and reports for engagement and participation

Policy Development and Advocacy:

  • Partner with clients to influence local authorities’ district, unitary or regional planning and policy documents, ensuring they reflect your vision

  • Providing informative sessions for clients, focusing on regulatory updates, best practices and effective stakeholder engagement strategies

  • Prepare and lead applications for private plan changes

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive plans and plan development

  • Prepare submissions on notified plan changes, plan reviews, proposed plans, growth strategies, annual plans, long-term plans

  • Prepare and present expert evidence at hearings and Court proceedings

  • Preparation and presentation of evidence at hearings

  • Provide expert guidance and representation in mediation and court proceedings
