BCD Group worked in conjunction with a multidisciplinary consultancies design team to complete the development of the new learning hub within Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. BCD Group completed the geotechnical and civil design services to design a cost-effective foundation structure. In addition to this we provided specific resource consent and planning advice on the project. This project was completed on time and within budget.
