Kmart - Hamilton

One of the first in the company's series of new-style shops, the Kmart store in Te Rapa, Hamilton opened in 2014. BCD Group provided full engineering services for the $7 mil. development which comprised of approximately 4,200m2 of retail floor plus associated storage and office spaces as well as 9,000m2 of paving/landscaping and car parking, all of which was completed on time and within budget and was a successful project for all involved.
