This project was a residential design and build for three houses in tandem with a three-lot subdivision. The site is within the infill zone and designed to accommodate houses on smaller sites. We were involved in the project from the topographical survey at the start, through the preparation of resource consents, engineering and surveying throughout the build process, preparation of the Land Transfer Plans and working with the client to obtain the relevant documentation to support the 223/224 process at Council; and ultimately obtain new titles. BCD Group provided Surveying, Planning, Civil, Structural, and Geotechnical engineering services for this Project.
